Rhodimet™ AT 88 - Technical Characteristics

Table 1 summarizes important physical characteristics of Rhodimet™ AT 88. Whereas DL-methionine is neutral, DL-methionine-hydroxy-analogue acid has a pH of 1.0. The viscosity is about 105 centistokes at 25°C with a crystallization temperature of about - 40°C. Generally the viscosity of Rhodimet™ AT 88 increases as the temperature decreases.
